Once engaged we brief and appoint the appropriate architects, town planners and any other consultant required to obtain the necessary development approvals. Once approved, we engage and negotiate the terms and conditions with all participants, from architectural design through to obtaining the building permit.

 

Construction Management

Our services during the building phase include:

  • Arranging appropriate building specifications and documentation, ready for Bill of Quantities and budget.
  • Providing sufficient detail for the completion of working drawings and construction contract.
  • Arranging for the preparation and dispatching of all quote requests and tender documents.
