Phillip Mollard

Phillip Mollard has 30 years' experience in the financial services Business. Since 1990 his work has focused primarily around property development and investment. He has personally developed and consulted on a number of major residential developments ranging from construction of residential towers Including his landmark development Victoria Albert Town Residence East Melbourne, office and industrial building conversions.

Throughout this time he fine tuned a sound sense of what constitutes a quality property investment or development opportunity. In addition having experience as a Financial Advisor and Finance Broker he is well equipped to recognize a quality property investment opportunity and the best strategy of acquiring it.

Judith Zee

Judith is our design and structural consultant, Judith brings over 25 years of building industry experience. Over this time she gained a wide scope of specialist knowledge working with major architectural and engineering firms on several significant and diverse projects.

Judith architectural design skills are well documented. What makes Judith standout is that she also consulted for several years for a leading housing company, this fiercely competitive industry honed her ability to maximise design and structural practicality a rare combination.

Hayden Mollard

For the past 7 years Hayden Mollard has been a fully licensed real estate agent operating in various facets of the real estate industry including investment identification, investment advocacy, residential sales and marketing. Holding full agency licenses in VIC, NSW and QLD.

Hayden has furthered his knowledge of the property investment industry with a formal qualification in financial planning giving him a broad and detailed knowledge of property and its values as an asset class. He has also undergone specific training on Instalment warrant applications.

Hayden strives for excellence in all his dealings with clients.

Franca Phillips

Franca Phillips commenced her career with a legal firm specialising in property law and finance. This experience opened the door for Franca to join Mollard's in 1994. Since then Franca has gained experience as developer's assistant having worked on a number of noted developments in Melbourne.

Today Franca is responsible for co-coordinating all aspects of our clients development projects where she managers each facet from the due diligence process through to council approvals. Franca also co-ordinates between client and consultant in regard to property advocacy requirements, ensuring that the right person is allocated to each assignment.

Franca's role is our Development Co-ordination Manager.

Justin Mollard
Director of Retail leasing and Sales

Justin brings to the firm over eight year’s retail leasing experience with two of Australia’s most respected international commercial real estate offices. This experience provided an extensive back ground in strip retail, new shopping centres and prime CBD retail experience.

His passion for retail started from the commencement of his career and he has remained purely focused on this more complex area of commercial real estate.

Justin is a fully licensed real estate agent with many years of concentrated CBD retail leasing completing some of the country’s most expensive retail real estate leasing transactions.

Andrew Winter

Andrew Winter is our training consultant for new developers. Andrew has spent his entire 25 year career working across the finance, construction and property industries. Andrew has qualifications in both management and training.

Most importantly however is Andrew's direct and relevant experience working in the residential construction industry consistently over the past 12 years in project management and business management. Andrew is able to provide practical, relevant and effective feedback and solutions to our clients.

Wendy Mollard
Interior Design / Project Management

Wendy has several years experience in the property development and property marketing arena. In addition she has completed several personal residential projects that have achieved significant capital returns.

Wendy brings this expertise to the business and combines her Interior design knowledge, the ability to understand market design requirements, source quality trades and materials to produce a quality finish at a cost effective price.

Wendy's role is to manage the tenders and costing process.

Mark Speirs

Mark has been working with MPIC for two years and is involved in establishing our new Energy Efficient Building Technology. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in understanding the detail of each project. Mark is a qualified carpenter and holds the National Certificate in Carpentry BCITO.

Leanne O'Brien

Leanne is an integral part our Retail Leasing Division, having studied Web Development at University, she provides a solid IT background and a passion for design- be it web, graphic or interior. Leanne is responsible for our in-house brochure design service and organising the appropriate marketing and advertising campaigns for properties. Also as an experienced office administrator Leanne ensures the smooth, day to day running of the department.

Rob Corcoran

Rob has been working with MPIC for eighteen months. His primary role has been to co-ordinate and assist in establishing our new Energy Efficient Building Technology. He has extensive onsite building experience. Rob is a qualified builder and holds the National Certificate in Carpentry BCITO.

Joby Houghton

Joby has over 15 year’s international experience in the construction industry. With several years working in a supervisory role on prominent development projects including the HSBC Tower Canary Wharf and more recently the Edith Cavell Hospital Peterborough.

Joby also has extensive experience in complex retail fit outs, this combination of skills has created an ability to think outside the square which brings to the team specialist knowledge and a high degree of onsite attention to detail.

Abby Patel

Abby is our Property Research Assistant, focused on development property search and in depth comparative analysis and due diligence.

Abby was educated at MLC Grammar Kew, from the beginning she selected real estate as her chosen career path. Starting out at reception with Melbourne’s more exclusive real estate agencies in Toorak and Armidale, Abby quickly advanced through the ranks to become a property portfolio manager, personally managing in excess of 300 properties.

Abby’s eight years real estate experience has provided her with a strong base to move forward in property development and investment.
