Advice was random, inaccurate and biased. Since then, Mollard Property has provided solid solutions to investors in hundreds of small and large commercial and residential development projects.

Our task in regards to property development and investment is to remove the challenges – the choice of location, acquisition advice, negotiation with Councils and Government, the architectural design, the construction phase, interior design and tenanting. And the emotion!

Many of our clients are risk adverse. Most of our projects may have low investment risk profiles but they still have the capacity to outperform the majority of funds under management and the majority of stocks listed on the ASX.
