MPIC perform an initial assessment of the search area covering all the key features of the area, which are relevant to your proposed use. We also identify potential growth zones, prospective planning changes and other key factors that will either positively or negatively impact the search area.

Identifying suitable properties within the search area is a multifaceted process that involves extracting information from our extensive database, drive by's, electronic search and ownership investigations. This is a daily routine until the mandate is fulfilled.

When a suitable property has been chosen, we commence negotiations and secure the property for project design and formal due diligence.

MPIC produce a thorough site analysis and design for the project, based on planning constraints, which provides an initial design feasibility for the proposed use.

All due diligence documents are provided by MPIC to conduct a site analysis including a town planning audit, initial GFA design, easement constraints, construction commentary and any other necessary specialist consultants required.

Once the Property Acquisition is complete, MPIC can complete the Development Management services; turning a concept feasibility into a ready-to-build project.

MPIC take on the role of Superintendent, overseeing the appointed construction company to ensure programs & contracts are followed and costs do not escalate. We provide our Clients with frequent detailed project reports & updates, giving our Client the peace of mind that their project is being strictly managed.

Phil Mollard

Managing Director


Our Managing Director, Phillip, has over 30 years experience in the financial services business focusing on property investment and development. As a specialist in property acquisition, Phillip draws upon his experience as a property developer to identify real estate with significant value adding potential to achieve the goals of our Clients. He has personally developed and consulted on a number of major development projects ranging from construction of residential towers, as well as commercial and industrial building conversions.

Wendy Mollard

General Manager


Wendy oversees the management of the team and administration of the business. Her success in this role comes from an extensive background in all facets of property acquisition and development including property search, development management, interior design coordination, project management, property marketing, and co-ordinating sales campaigns.

Franca Phillips

Property Search Consultant

Franca's association with MPIC spans many years in roles as developer's assistant and sales professional and has worked on a number of our noted developments in Melbourne. Today she utilizes experience gained in diverse legal, property, office and sales settings to conduct appropriate property selection and subject research to the directives of MPIC client's. Franca collaborates with stakeholders and council town planning departments in preparation for an inclusive due diligence process to meet our client's development goals.

Design and Structural Consultant

Judith is our design and structural consultant; Judith brings over 25 years of building industry experience. Over this time she gained a wide scope of specialist knowledge working with major architectural and engineering firms on several significant and diverse projects.


Judith architectural design skills are well documented. What makes Judith stand out is that she also consulted for several years for a leading housing company - this fiercely competitive industry honed her ability to maximise design and structural practicality - a rare combination.

Vanessa Marwood

Development Manager

Since receiving University Honours for Bachelor of Applied Science, Property Development, Vanessa has spent many years building her skills and knowledge in property.


Vanessa has strong experience and understanding of all facets of the development and construction industry, including procedures and processes to ensure a streamline approach with effective results. Having experience in residential and commercial developments, Vanessa has managed many successful projects from concept stage through to completion. Vanessa is motivated by challenges and will work to ensure all parties' objectives are met, resulting in a successful project.

Laura Wehrheim

Property Research Consultant

Our Research Consultant, Laura, is responsible for the due diligence research of property sites.

Due to her Masters degree in Strategy, Laura understands the importance of an extensive background check and is experienced in conducting comprehensive research analysis.

Further, holding a degree in Finance, Laura has an understanding of Time and Cost Management, ensuring a successful project.

Anna Shalima

Creative Communications Manager

Anna has many years experience in managing advertising campaigns, her extensive qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Exhibition and Advertising Design. As our Creative Communications Manager Anna oversees the design process and execution of all marketing material for internal and client requirements. Her passions lies within artwork co-ordination and layout design, following strict briefs and seeing all projects through production from start to finish. Anna’s eye for detail and problem solving results in quick turnaround and overall quality of our marketing presentation, ranging from reports, corporate imaging to company profiles assisting our clients secure prime leasing or finance opportunities.
